Flowering Heart Wellness LLC, readings, consultations, Reiki services, yoga classes, programs, and/or services (these will collectively be referred to as “Services”). The following agreement is what we call the Terms and Conditions of purchasing Services from Flowering Heart Wellness LLC. Please take your time and read it carefully. If for any reason you do not agree to Flowering Heart Wellness LLC’s following terms, please DO NOT purchase any Services. By purchasing any of these Services and/or signing this agreement, you are accepting this Agreement, and thus you will be bound the following terms:

Parties:  For purposes of this Agreement, you (the purchaser) are referred to as “Client.” Seller is referred to as “Flowering Heart Wellness LLC”.

Term: The engagement of services begins on the first date of service and ends on the last date of service.

Disclaimer: All of the information offered on this website and social media properties is for informational and educational purposes only. Any information offered during any appointment is NOT a substitute, nor does it constitute professional medical, mental health, financial or legal advice. Any opinions expressed on this website are those of Flowering Heart Wellness LLC and do not reflect the views of any organizations or memberships with which the owner may have a relationship with. 

Hold Harmless:  Any clients and all persons that may interact with this website, Flowering Heart Wellness YouTube channel, or social media properties, shall hold Flowering Heart Wellness LLC harmless from all injuries, losses, damages, claims, or suits, including attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from acts of Flowering Heart Wellness LLC in performance of any service. Purchasing any of the services from Flowering Heart Wellness LLC acknowledges your acceptance of this statement and releases Flowering Heart Wellness from any and all liability.

Refunds: Any and all purchases are considered 100% non-refundable upon completion of the transaction. The Client is held responsible to cancel any services or subscriptions. Cancellations for scheduled appointments and services must be made 24 hours or more in advance of the appointment in which Client will receive a 50% refund for any services. No-showing appointments will forfeit the total value of the Client’s payment. Clients are given a grace period of 15 minutes (5 minutes for online Yoga classes) until forfeiture of scheduled appointment or service. Any requests to reschedule an appointment must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Clients will receive confirmation of their canceled or rescheduled appointment via email. Flowering Heart Wellness LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in any situation that compromises the privacy of existing clientele. In those scenarios, the Client will be notified immediately and we shall refund any monies that have been paid.

Confidentiality: Flowering Heart Wellness LLC values your privacy. We will not share your contact details nor any information discussed or provided during any appointment or service with Flowering Heart Wellness LLC. All of the Client’s work and any information shared with Flowering Heart Wellness LLC in any setting, one-to-one or group, is confidential.

Conflict of Interest: The owner of Flowering Heart Wellness LLC holds multiple professional licenses and is bound by the governing board of ethics for those licenses. The Client understands that by signing this Agreement Flowering Heart Wellness LLC reserves the right to terminate, refuse, or discontinue any service or appointment should a conflict of interest arise with the Client. The Client will be notified immediately and all payments will be fully refunded to the Client.

Multiple Relationships: The owner of Flowering Heart Wellness LLC  is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of North Carolina and may already see you for traditional talk-therapy sessions. Please keep in mind that any services provided by Flowering Heart Wellness LLC ARE NOT  the same as your therapy sessions and therefore your practitioner will keep professional boundaries in place. Although there is space to process intuitive messages Flowering Heart Wellness LLC may receive or any messages that the Client receives during services, this is not the same as a therapy session. Should you begin to experience any symptoms that resemble a mental health crisis, please contact 911 or 988 for emergency or crisis support. 

Appointments: Any and all services and appointments must be made via this website. All services and appointments are conducted via Google Meet unless otherwise agreed upon by Flowering Heart Wellness LLC.

Payments & Pricing: Flowering Heart Wellness LLC focuses on maintaining competitive yet accessible pricing. Flowering Heart Wellness LLC reserves the right to change pricing for services at any time. Any discounts that are offered from Flowering Heart Wellness LLC are applicable only to those specific services and may not be combined with other discounts. 

Release: Flowering Heart Wellness LLC may take videos, pictures, written or verbal testimonials, audio recording samples, social media posts or reposts, for future commercial or non-commercial use to promote Flowering Heart Wellness LLC. Purchasing any of the services from Flowering Heart Wellness LLC acknowledges that the Client agrees and understands this statement. By purchasing services from Flowering Heart Wellness LLC, the Client is consenting to being recorded and photographed during services and appointments. The Client is also consenting to the use of Client’s voice and likeness in any media in perpetuity by Flowering Heart Wellness LLC for any future purposes that Flowering Heart Wellness LLC deems fit. 

Intellectual Property Rights: Flowering Heart Wellness LLC reserves the ownership rights to any and all materials including but not limited to any photographs, audio, and video, provided to Client through Client’s participation in services with Flowering Heart Wellness LLC. The Client is granted a single-user license authorizing Client to use the materials for their own individual purposes only. The Client agrees to not copy, distribute, share, disseminate, or sell any of the materials provided by Flowering Heart Wellness LLC for either commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Jurisdiction: Any and all services provided by Flowering Heart Wellness LLC are subject to local, state and federal laws and any other relevant regulations that may be applicable.
